Welcome to Year 2,

The team consists of Mrs Bird and Mr Boxall, our Arden Forest School Direct student teacher. 

The children have made a fantastic start to the Summer Term and we are all really looking forward to the exciting learning opportunities that will happen as we make our way through this term. We have some fantastic topics this term including learning about maps and how they have changed through history, researching a range of 'Super Scientists' and their amazing discoveries and finding out about and comparing the explorations of Christopher Columbus and Neil Armstrong. We shall be looking at a variety of different text types and are so excited to start our first book 'The Last Wolf'!
